Bantam and Teen Camp Schedule
on Saturday, June 7th

Bantam Camp
(Birth to Five Years)
9:00 a.m. - midnight

The professionally trained staff at Trinity's accredited, state licensed, child care facility on campus will organize games and other activities and will also provide quiet time when needed, for the younger children in the group.  Program participants may eat all meals with the staff.  Parents must provide food for their children.

Price: $80.00 for Part or Full Day per child

Bantam Camp Children's Program
(6 to 12 years)
Morning Session - 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Evening Session - 4:00  to 10:00 p.m.

The children's program is supervised by current Trinity student workers who have been hired for their child care experience.  The student workers provide entertainment and supervision to all camp participants. 

Price: Individual Session: $45.00
          Full Day: $80.00
          Family Discount: 1st child registered is $45.00 per session;
          additional children from the same immediate family, $30.00 per child per session

Morning session

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. Check in at Gallows Hill
9:30 – 10:20 a.m. Make your own tye-die t-shirts
10:20 – 10:30 a.m. Snack time
10:30 – 11:00 a.m. Line up for parade with parents and be a part of parade
11:00 – 12:15 p.m. Pool Party
12:15 – 1:15 p.m. Lunch on the Quad. Face painting and other entertainment
1:15 – 2:00 p.m. Peter Alsop '68 performs kids songs on the Quad
2:15 – 2:45 p.m. Samba Workshop with Professor Eric Galm
3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Outside Sports Activity

Evening Session
4:00 – 4:20 p.m. Pick up/Drop off at Gallows Hill
4:30 – 5:15 p.m. Scavenger Hunt around campus
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Bantam Camp kids’ dinner
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. Arts & Crafts
8:00 – 10:00 p.m. Kids’ movies
10:00pm Parent pick-up time*

*Children must be picked up promptly at 10 p.m. by a parent or guardian.

Teen Day Program
(Ages 13+)
Morning Session 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Evening Session 4:00 - 10:00 p.m.

The teen program is supervised by current Trinity student workers who have been hired for their child care experience.  The student workers provide entertainment and supervision to all camp participants. 

Price: $25.00 per session or $40.00 for the full day

12:15 – 1:00 p.m. Lunch on the Quad
1:15 – 2:00 p.m. Samba Drumming Workshop with Professor Eric Galm
2:00- 2:45 p.m. E-mail free time at Computing Center
3:00 – 4:00 p.m. Outside Sport Activity

Evening Session
4:00 – 4:15 p.m. Pick-up/Drop off at Gallows Hill
4:15 – 5:20 p.m. Art Workshop: Charcoal drawings of scenes around campus
5:30 – 6:20 p.m. Pool Party or quiet time

Non-campers are welcome to join any activity with a parent or guardian at no cost.
 

How to Register: advance registration is required.
To help us staff appropriately, please register no later than Friday, May 15. Childcare will not be available Reunion Weekend without an advance reservation.

The registration fee includes the cost of supervision by student workers, food, snacks, supplies, and entertainment. You will receive more detailed information, along with permission and health forms, once you register. A final schedule of events will be provided at Reunion Headquarters when you pick up your registration materials.
